We had the good fortune of connecting with Princess Wallace and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Princess, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
From a very young age I was a leader. I was very clear on what I wanted. I started buisnesses creating income to gain the money I needed to get to the next step in my career life. I thought at age 10, that if I started my own business, no one could ever tell me what to do. I stayed with that path. I took every lesson that was given to me and put it to practice. I did not let any opportunities slip past me. Things I thought were mistakes at the time, were just another lesson I had to learn. Using all these lessons on this road I take, called “The Journey”. Working for someone else seemed like I was giving myself away to a machine that couldn’t see the big picture. In hindsight I would have to say my thought process was “I got this! Follow me.”

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I wish it was easy to explain how the creative works. I see visions. A client calls and says I want this event to have a casino, but I want it to be more exciting than just that. I also was thinking maybe gatsby themed. What about live music or some people strolling, I definitely want crowd engagement. Do you have any ideas?
Well what is your budget first off before I offer the world?
“We have blank amount.”
All the sudden the visions start in my head. The costumed characters, living tables serving, 1920’s dressed aerialists dropping from the ceiling, casino tables with all costumed dealers that are actors playing apart in a scene that will happen throughtout the night ending in a flashmob of the Charleston. 1920’s living tables coming through serving drinks. Singers do a mod vinyl renditions of 1920’s hits, cigerette girls parading through handing out necklaces, candy cigars and cigerettes, mints and more. The decor of the room flahses in my vision and I begin to put the entire night together as if it were a scene in a movie. Its magical.
From all the 1000’s of shows Ive starred in, choreographed, written, produced, directed, did the music for, it all comes together for me to create the entirety of the whole event. I know the music that needs played when people enter the room. The feeling they should get from the tempo. The aromas they should smell to set the scene and evening for success. What will dazzel their eyes. Seeing something new and different with excitment and fun. The 5 senses are so important in what I create. The high standards I have for the perfect event is down to every small detail. Every costume. Every plated appetizer. Every note the music sends to lullaby the ear. Each tiny element is what sets me apart. My vast experience in every field of every bit of entertainment is what sets me aside from everyone. There are very few triple threats in the world, Im proud to say I have it all, and yes it was very hard work learning everything I could and wanting to be the best at each one. How I got to where I am today is by surrounding myself with all these amazing people who bring their talents to the vision. Collaboration is key. I am most proud of all the people I’ve grabbed and put in my basket along the way. I have this saying about putting people in my basket and keeping them forever. I owned 3 different dance studios along the road. I would take a talented dancer and train them to do character walk around, be a game wizard, DJ, juggle, stilt walk, if they could carry a tune I would teach them to sing. During the pandemic I taught them all to sew and turned my home into a textile company making over 300,000 masks that sold all over the world. I never had to take the PPP out from the goverment. Instead I had a goverment contract to supply masks to their goverment workers. Creative! Always thinking outside the box. I want people to know that this is a family business first and foremost. All my family works not for me but with me. If they are not blood related they are still family. We love people. We love creating happiness at every turn. We love the opportunity to entertain. I love to create the impossible. Another one of my sayings “I can create anything you want, its only money.”

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them to towns like Lyons, Cripple Creek, Victor, Boulder, Downtown Littleton, the mountains. Colorado is such an amazing state. The hikes here are worth a month long trip. The little nooks and crannys of Colorado are the true hidden treasures here. Spirit Hound Distillers is one of the stops we would be making. Their yummy drinks and atomsphere are worth the drive. Cripple Creek has the cutest little town with great casinos, I would take the train and see the town! the Royal Gorge it is a must see! Rita the Rock Planter (shes a troll) in Victor! She’s magnificent. The Melting Pot in Littleton the service is impecable and the experience is delicious. I would take them to a concert at Red Rocks or do goat yoga there. Go to a Rockies Game! So many many things!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have a huge support team! It started with my Dad. He always said “Princess you can be anything you want to be and nothing can stop you!” So many entertainers, producers, directors over the years telling me “wow you have a talent that hasn’t been experienced like this in decades since Gene Kelley” My Children, Spencer and Diamond DeJaynes they are a huge push to my success. My husband Fred Wallace, he is my biggest fan! He chirps in my ear with each success “we have all this because of you.” All the people that work for me …… They are amazing! Without their talents, voices, experiences, humanity, we would not be the company that we are! They make the difference. I get to call them friends at the end of the day. We work together to make my visions come true. My visions start off with the spark, then they are shaped by the sharing outloud to the people I work with and together we make each project an amazing experience. Together we are so much stronger than if I stood alone.
