We had the good fortune of connecting with Robert & Andrea Orozco and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Robert & Andrea, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
We strongly believe that legal investigations has a tremendous positive impact on society but it goes with the old adage with great power comes great responsibility. Information can yield great power but it has to be used responsibly. We obtain information in investigations that can be extremely powerful in a legal case but have to ensure the information obtained is done so with the utmost ethical considerations in mind.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What distinguishes our company is our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We take great pride in promoting professionalism and education among new investigators entering the field. Both of us have been extremely active on our state association board as leaders as well as on the national association board. We’ve had the honor of advocating for our profession legislatively. Our journey within our company has been challenging, navigating a highly competitive industry. Hard work has been our guiding principle. As partners, we complement each other’s strengths and address our weaknesses, ensuring that as a team, we support one another seamlessly. From the very beginning, our collaboration has exemplified relentless teamwork. Embrace unpredictability and realize that not all of your goals may come to fruition but for the ones that don’t embrace the challenge of moving forward and setting new goals. And in your journey realize it’s not just about you, it’s about helping others along the way.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Both of us are foodies, we love good food and great views. Start in Estes Park and have a drink at The Stanley Hotel Bar where Dumb and Dumber bar scene was filmed, Take a horseback ride in Rocky Mountain National Park and enjoy the majestic views in that beautiful town. Have a great Korean BBQ at Dae Gee or amazing steak at one of the great Brazilian Steakhouses in the Denver area. For some of the best Thai food our best kept secret is Mountain Thai in Broomfield, CO. A great place for seafood is Blue Oyster Grill in Lone Tree. Enjoy an amazing concert at Fiddlers Green in the Denver Tech Center or a smaller venue within Meow Wolf .

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We would like to give a shoutout to the professional associations we belong to. NCISS (National Association of Investigative and Security Services, PPIAC (Professional Private Investigators Association of Colorado) and NALI (National Association of Legal Investigators) . It is those associations that have allowed us to align with other like minded ethical investigators and given us the opportunity through those relationships and educational opportunities to be the best we can be.
