We had the good fortune of connecting with Sallynn Duran and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sallynn, what do you attribute your success to?
Really caring about my community building wealth through real estate. Encouraging first time generation home buyers to see the importance of home ownership. Having a passion for teaching about credit and financial freedom.

What should our readers know about your business?
As a seasoned real estate professional, I have a deep understanding of the local market and a keen eye for identifying the best opportunities for my clients. My expertise extends to new construction homes, ensuring that my clients have access to the latest developments and the highest quality properties available.

In addition to my work as a real estate agent, I am dedicated to serving as an educator in my community. I conduct workshops and seminars on homeownership, providing valuable insights and practical advice to empower individuals and families to make informed decisions. My goal is to demystify the home buying process and offer support every step of the way, from initial consultations to closing day.

My clients appreciate my personalized approach, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to their success. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer or looking to invest in new construction, I am here to help you navigate the real estate market with confidence.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
One of my favorite places to visit in Colorado is Pagosa Springs. It’s beautiful with many exciting stops along the way. The food , small town feel, and all the outdoor activities is what attracts me to this beautiful place.
I love visiting all our local coffee shops and brewery’s. Camping or any lake in Colorado is a must.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
