We had the good fortune of connecting with Sandra Ricardi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sandra, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
With the fitness field being overly saturated in today’s world, we noticed a large amount of misinformation circulating about what it means to be healthy and physically fit.
We wanted to provide a place where people can come get healthy along side knowledgable coaches and a welcoming community.
We saw an opportunity to provide world class coaching, science based programming that is accessible to ALL populations, and a welcoming community.
What should our readers know about your business?
We are most proud of the culture we have built at RIGAR. We have a culture of product excellence and fun. We value doing right by all clients by keeping our service individualized in a group setting. It is the perfect combination of individualizing health and incorporating a supportive and inclusive community.
We have worked really hard over the last two years to keep our mission and values in the forefront of every decision made.
The work has not been easy, but it has been extremely rewarding. We have overcome challenges by leaning on our team and vision.
Our brand is authentic and top quality. We pay attention to the little things that many gyms like ors overlook and I attribute our rapid success to our attention to detail, knowledge of health and fitness, and the way we have protected an authentic way of being,
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
