We had the good fortune of connecting with Sina Azari and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sina, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Freedom, I wanted the freedom of dictating my own income, my schedule, my playbook, my brand, having unlimited vacations and greater tax benefits, how could I not start my own business? I figure who would ever pay me more than I’d pay myself?

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I started my career in financial services in 2003, having taken full ownership of my results out the gate I committed w discipline the activity required to generate successful fruits as a rookie. I wanted freedom. Building on my foundation by year three I had started to mentor agents and develop mid level managers and spiderwebbed this growth across the west coast w several locations throughout different regions, in 2005 I acquired my real estate license and as a ancillary business added real estate to create additional passive income. Fast forward to 2017, I obtained my RE brokers license and began to duplicate my financial services infrastructure in the real estate industry complimented w property management.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shout out to all the entrepreneurs who have paved the path through the struggle and better equipped the ones that followed their footsteps. The ones that pay it forward. I’ve had great leaders and coaches impact my life from Tony Robbins, Tom Ferry and John Maxwell. However, I learned most from the leaders that failed me, the ones that were in the role for their own gain vs the gain of the team. I learned from their downfalls on how now to be which helped me most in accelerating my development and positive growth in team building.
