Meet Stefani Harris

We had the good fortune of connecting with Stefani Harris and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Stefani, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Professional organizing is so much more than just tidying up or putting things in bins—it can have a surprisingly powerful impact on individuals and the community as a whole.
First and foremost, it supports mental health. Living in a cluttered space can be incredibly overwhelming, especially for those dealing with challenges like depression, ADHD, or trauma. By helping clients create calm, functional environments, organizing can reduce stress and anxiety and offer a real sense of peace and control.
It also helps reduce both physical and financial waste. As organizers, we guide clients in donating, repurposing, or recycling items instead of sending them to landfills. Plus, when everything has a place, clients are less likely to lose track of what they already own—meaning fewer duplicate purchases and less money wasted.
But most importantly, organizing gives people back their time. When a home is set up in an intentional, efficient way, it takes less time to clean, find things, or just get through the day. That saved time can be spent on what really matters—whether that’s family, hobbies, learning, or simply relaxing.
There are so many ways organizing can make a difference, but these are the areas where I feel my business has the greatest impact—and it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of that positive change.

What should our readers know about your business?
Miss Labeled Organizing is a professional organizing business built around the motto, “Helping you love your life through organization”. I focus on creating intentional, efficient spaces tailored to each client’s lifestyle, organizing style, and budget. My goal is to give you back your time so you can spend it doing what you love, not managing clutter.
I launched the business after the pandemic, when I noticed a growing need for people to rework their homes into more functional, peaceful spaces, especially as the home became the center of everything. Organizing has always been a passion of mine, and this venture allows me to combine that love with my desire to help others.
Running a business while raising three daughters hasn’t been easy. Time is limited, and although I have many ideas for expanding and evolving Miss Labeled Organizing, my family comes first. Still, I continue to support as many clients as I can, when I can, always focusing on progress over perfection.
What sets me apart is my personalized approach—meeting clients where they are and creating sustainable systems that work for them. It’s not just about making a space look good; it’s about making it work better for your life so you can enjoy it to the fullest.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
That’s a fun question! Here’s where I would take them based on some of our family’s favorite places to go:
Day 1: Gardens at Spring Creek and Downtown Fort Collins – Go to Gardens at Spring Creek, eat lunch at Ginger and Baker or Union, walk and shop around Downtown Fort Collins, and have ice cream at Walrus.
Day 2: Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes – Do a hike at Rocky Mountain National Park (Bear Lake Area), eat lunch in Estes Park, walk around downtown, and get ice cream, coffee or fudge.
Day 3: Windsor – Get coffee at Windsor Lake Cafe and walk around the lake. Explore downtown Windsor and have lunch at Windsor Mill Tavern or Hearth. Attend a free concert at Boardwalk Park in the evening (in the summer).
Day 4: Denver and Red Rocks Amphitheater – Go to the Denver Museum of Nature & Science and attend a concert/event at Red Rocks Amphitheater in the evening.
Day 5: Gateway Natural Area and Morning Fresh Dairy – Go for a hike, have a picnic lunch, and dip your feet in the Cache le Poudre River at Gateway Natural Area. On the way back, tour Morning Fresh Dairy and enjoy some ice cream and coffee.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
In addition to my husband and our three amazing girls, I want to dedicate this shoutout to this poster I had back in high school. I don’t know who created it, but it showed a green apple cut in half with an orange as the inside! And underneath the fruit was the message, “Make it Happen”. I haven’t seen that poster in years, but it has stayed in my mind ever since. That image and message have been a quiet but constant source of motivation for me, from the time I started this business and throughout every challenge I’ve faced along the way.
