We had the good fortune of connecting with Suzanna Miller and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Suzanna, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
My business helps communities thrive by focusing on deep support, nurturance and guidance for families to experience healthier, more satisfying experiences during preconception, pregnancy, childbirth, and the transition after, honoring the woman, and her partner, as leaders in raising the next generation. By supporting families from the very beginning I am changing the world and tending to the dysfunction and disharmony within our culture in regards to nurturing new life, especially towards Mothers who carry the power of creation in their womb. I have witnessed how our cultural influences affect women, especially during pregnancy, childbirth and early postpartum. We have forgotten how to truly honor the motherline; personal, ancestral, and cosmic. Everything is birthed from the mother’s womb. If the mother’s perception of reality is filled with coldness, disconnection, despair, and separation it will be reflected in our world. It is time we take our power back and re-remember our true connection to source, union, and how to create joy in life, especially during challenges, so we will influence our children to do the same. Every time a child is born a new family constellation develops with opportunities of healing and transformation. I help tend to that within a holistic approach, supporting the mind, body and spirit so that parents have the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual capacity to reparent themselves and create more peaceful family cultures. This allows them to raise more conscious, securely attached and healthy beings. This positively affects the children from the VERY beginning making ripples into the collective of all humanity so that our children will inherit a better world, affecting future generations of humanity to live more peacefully on Mother Earth. What should our readers know about your business?
Positive Postpartum serves families nationwide with holistic doula support from preconception thru toddlerhood offering local services in Denver, Colorado. Everything I do is about minimizing stress and maximizing joy, increasing confidence, and happiness during the preconception, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum stages of parenthood. As a holistic doula, yoga instructor, reiki practitioner, and private chef, I am trained to help new parents expand into their new identities, setting parents up to thrive, not just survive. My holistic approach to life, intensive childcare experiences, studies in traditional Ayurvedic practices, perinatal, birth and child psychology along with my experiences in self-healing and facilitating women’s circles at the Denver Red Tent and the Mermaid Temple of The Womb set me apart from others. My skillsets in Himalayan kriya yoga, meditation, mindfulness, life coaching, and spiritual energy work expand my expertise as well. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
