We had the good fortune of connecting with Trinity Smith and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Trinity, what do you attribute your success to?
The most valuable factor behind the success of my brand is upholding good faith and ethics. I intend to be known as the real estate agent who you can rely on to be someone you can trust and who will advocate for what my clients are looking for in homeownership.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I want the world to know that my brand is for people who feel as though they are in the dark when it comes to real estate, I intend to be that lantern in the dark providing guidance and educating them about the process as well. I love being able to share knowledge with my clients and help them learn more about real estate. I love working in this career, you learn something new everyday while you’re in real estate.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
COATI in downtown Colorado Springs is a spot I really like. You can go there in the mornings for a peaceful coffee shop work vibe or in the evenings where it’s more like a nightclub. They have a couple of bars and great food, including Korean which is one of my favorites. It’s also in the middle of a lot of other shops which makes for nice walking around territory. I also love Manitou’s penny arcade and the surrounding shops. The penny arcade is fun to go with your friends and kill a couple hours on Pac-Man and other arcade games. They also have a photo booth that prints those photo strips for you which is my favorite thing to encapsulate the memory of the trip. Manitou has a couple metaphysical crystal shops I love going to as well when I’m there.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Loraine Patterson is my real estate mentor and she is the best. She has taught me how to best serve my clients and also how to set boundaries with clients. Loraine encourages me constantly and she just knows I’m capable of succeeding in real estate. I am so grateful that I am able to have her as my real estate mentor.
