We had the good fortune of connecting with Vee Lopez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Vee, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I knew I always wanted to run my own business, I was just never sure what career path it was going to be. I was going to school to get my estheticians license when it hit me that doing eyebrows was a natural calling, I wanted to make people feel good about themselves In any way that I could, but I wanted to do so with services and techniques that were different and not very common in our area. I had a vision to bring what we were missing here closer to home.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What’s sets us apart is the extensive and continuous knowledge and education that we provide with every service. We are not content with just doing a good job, we are striving for excellence and progress with every client. We want to make it a memorable experience and feel confident that we are bringing you the best equipment, techniques and knowledge to your appointment.. We do this by attending classes, seminars and hands on training continuously in our particular area of expertise.

The journey to get to where I’m at and where I’m going has been anything but easy, I don’t think anything that is considered greatness is easy and I have a lot of work still to do. I learn from my mistakes and I have a point to prove which makes me even that more driven. Without failure and without obstacles it wouldn’t build character and show you who you really are as a person in times that should break you. I live for overcoming what’s said can’t be done.

I want people to know this is just the beginning.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If your visiting me your definitely spending time with me at the gym first and foremost, we would be down at work out west lifting weights and hitting the sauna. After we would be going to Pho Duy which is one of my favorite pho spots or Get Fit Kitchen. If its a cheat day I will be enjoying some of the best Indian food from Sherpa and dessert from Many Macarons which is absolutely to die for! I’m a foodie if you can’t tell yet. For some family fun we are no doubt going to The Summit for bowling, arcade games and laser tag! Other than that we will be exploring nature and all the beautiful hikes and scenery Colorado has to offer.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
All my clients. I wouldn’t be where I’m at today without all the trust, love and support from the community. I wouldn’t have faces to work on without them, models to perfect new techniques on and word of mouth that goes the longest of ways without them. There are many times throughout this journey that you feel the weight of it all and the best clients can just bring you right out of it with just the smallest message of how your service made such a difference to them. My clients keep everything going.
