We had the good fortune of connecting with Zuri Resendiz and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Zuri, how do you think about risk?
I go by no risk no success ,Of course always with a great work ethic. I as a chef I feel like the kitchens are like evolution , is not the tallest or the stronger who survives but the one who adapts is the one who will survive, I always think about that whenever I start a project or new jobs. Adapting to succeed, as time passes everything changes that means we are constantly learning and adapting. Even the decision of coming from another country was the first risk I took and it’s has been a great journey.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I have always been super energetic, As a kid I always got tired of routine quick. That’s why the kitchen opened my eyes to a new world , always new projects new thing to learn new kitchen stations.
