I have developed habits to help me get in the groove and stay inspired. For example I try to get all of my emails, appointments and computer work done in the morning so that I am not interrupted while I am creating later on. Taking things one thing at a time definitely helps with my success. Taking on too much can lead to stress and feeling unmotivated to do anything. What I like to do is focus on the most important task first, pick a day where I have very little to do and dedicate my attention to it. Once that task is complete then if I feel up for it, I start the next task. I also find that taking breaks is just as important.
