What drives your success?

Hardwork? Luck? Good habits? What would you say is behind your success? We’ve shared some thoughtful responses below.
Authenticity, 100%. I’ve built my entire career and brand off of being authentic. Whether it be in a marketing/sales role or hosting my podcast, The Popko Project, people have gravitated to what I do because I come from a genuine place. People trust me to be honest with them. People trust me to have their best interests in mind and I don’t take any of that for granted. I’ve been told that when I speak, people listen. I think a lot of today’s ideas around success is this thought that it should happen quickly, or it’s not worth it. If you don’t like your job, quit. If you have an idea, and it’s not making you six figures the first year, give up. Success for me is different. I believe that sticking with one thing, one goal, is really important. At 19, I was given an opportunity to either go to college, or try my hand at building and running a garden center from the ground up. Discipline and professionalism. Staying disciplined and professional played a huge role in my life – and since i was 6 years old, i had to dedicate all my time to learning and mastering how to play the violin on a high level. This brought a constant dedication in my life that i apply in most of the things i do. The most important factor behind the success of my brand is to bring awareness to how great the outdoors is and how it has helped me “Bloom” as an individual. The outdoors is a healing place to be and in so many ways! Whether you’re hunting/ hiking, farming, bird watching, hiking, etc. It has so many things to offer. Throughout high school I was traveling shooting completive archery and many people would discourage me for being involved in mans sport.
