One thing I think people vastly overlook in the tattooing world is how much of our time is actually spent working. The old timers in my shop always have the motto of it being a “lifestyle”, and that’s because it really is. Any time not spent at the shop actively tattooing people is spent working on and preparing designs for the next few weeks to come.
