Meet Lauren Vollono

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lauren Vollono and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lauren, what principle do you value most?
The value that matters most to me as a realtor is cultivating genuine, lasting relationships built on trust, advocacy, and connection. I strive to be more than just a transactional guide – I’m a true partner in my clients’ real estate journey, fully invested in understanding and protecting their goals every step of the way.
My role doesn’t end at the closing table; I remain a lifelong resource and connector, whether it’s offering advice, sharing local insights, or introducing them to people and opportunities within the community. To me, real estate is not just about property – it’s about people, and the relationships that continue well beyond the sale.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is rooted in relationships, strategy, and advocacy. I’m proud to bring grit, grace, integrity, and a client-first mindset to every real estate journey. Originally from New York, I transitioned from a career in healthcare to real estate in 2020, and since then, I’ve closed over $64 million in sales, ranked in the top 5% of Denver Realtors, and the top 15% nationwide.
What sets me apart is the balance I strive for between data and connection. I believe that buying or selling a home is never just a transaction – it’s a personal milestone, and my role is to be a steady, strategic partner every step of the way. I bring deep experience in residential resale, new construction, and development, including overseeing sales for a $110+ million condo project in Fraser and a 28-unit townhome development in Berkeley that sold 5% above neighborhood comps during the pandemic.
I’m proud of the results I deliver, but even more so of the trust my clients place in me. My greatest strength is building genuine relationships where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions. Whether it’s navigating a competitive market, preparing a listing for maximum impact, or guiding first-time buyers, I bring a thoughtful, tailored approach backed by a strong network of professionals.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success in this business doesn’t come from volume, it comes from care. I want the my clients (and future clients) to know that I’m not just here for one deal. I’m here to be a long-term resource, connector, and advocate – someone you can trust well beyond the transaction.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My dream Colorado weekend is a mix of movement, mountains, being on the water, good food, and a little adventure – the best kind of reset!
I’d probably start the week off at Bodied Denver – seriously the most fun (and challenging) workout in the city and always puts me in a good mood. If I’m feeling like getting out into nature early, I love hiking to Lake Isabelle near Nederland. It’s such a beautiful alpine lake, and there are a few others along the way that make it extra special. Or I’ll drop into an open-air class at River Yoga in Sunnyside – I love their indoor/outdoor morning flow.
Then I might head up to Winter Park/Fraser – the drive over Berthoud Pass is so pretty and way less stressful than I-70. Taking the gondola up to the Lodge at Sunspot, catching live music, maybe hiking Vasquez Peak or just walking the Fraser River Trail… it’s all just really peaceful. I love grabbing dinner at The Ditch – their margaritas are SO good – and staying the night up there. The next morning, heading a little further to Grand Lake is always worth it. Renting a pontoon, throwing on a great playlist, and floating around checking out the lakefront homes is kind of the perfect Sunday.
Back in Denver, brunch at Root Down in LoHi is always a win – the patio’s great, and everything on the menu feels fresh and fun. I also love the Universal for a no frills legit breakfast/brunch. For dinner, I love Wild Flower. It’s moody and cozy and set in this cool little boutique hotel—perfect for a date night or special dinner. I love taking visitors to Tennyson in Berkeley. Kalaka is my go-to for trash can nachos and margs, and I’ll usually wander the neighborhood after, especially if it’s a First Friday art walk.
Lately, I’ve been loving a day spent just bopping around Golden – grabbing food at The Golden Mill, walking along Clear Creek, or even hopping in for a tubing run if the water’s good. I’d wrap things up at New Terrain Brewing, hopefully catching some live music while the sun goes down. It’s the perfect low-key end to a Colorado weekend.
