We had the good fortune of connecting with Vladimer Botsvadze and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Vladimer, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success has been consistency—showing up, sharing ideas, and staying engaged over time. I built my audience on X (formerly Twitter), where I reached 57,000 followers by 2020. That growth didn’t happen overnight; it came from tweeting consistently, testing what resonated, and genuinely contributing to conversations in my space.

Along the way, that consistency translated into recognition. I was named the №65 B2B Twitter Marketing Influencer in 2015, listed among the Top 100 Virtual Reality Influencers in 2017, and the Top 100 Digital Transformation Influencers in 2018 by Onalytica. Thinkers360 ranked me as the №6 Global AI Thought Leader in 2019 and the №1 Global Marketing Thought Leader in 2020.

But beyond rankings, the real driver has been a clear focus: sharing valuable insights, staying curious, and building trust with my audience over time.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am an award-winning thought leader, keynote speaker, and consultant globally recognised for my expertise in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and marketing innovation. Over the past 15 years, I have dedicated my career to helping leading global brands, startups, and academic institutions understand and harness the power of emerging technologies to drive meaningful business transformation. My journey has been rooted in curiosity, persistence, and a relentless commitment to staying ahead of change in an increasingly AI-driven world.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge strategy with execution and translate complex technological shifts—such as artificial intelligence, Web3, and data-driven marketing—into clear, actionable insights for business leaders. I do not just analyse trends; I help organisations anticipate them and turn them into competitive advantages. This practical, forward-thinking approach has earned me global recognition across the industry, including being consistently ranked among the top global voices in AI, digital transformation, and marketing thought leadership.

I am particularly proud of my recent recognitions and academic engagements. In 2026, I have been named among the World’s Top 20 AI Speakers to Hire by The AI Speakers Agency, which reflects the growing global demand for my insights on artificial intelligence and its real-world business applications. I also served as a Solve Champion at MIT Solve, contributing to innovation challenges that aim to solve some of the world’s most pressing problems through technology and entrepreneurship.

Academically, I was invited as a lecturer at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management, where I delivered an online lecture in 2025, sharing my expertise with future business leaders on the intersection of AI, digital transformation, and innovation strategy. These opportunities to educate and engage with students and executives alike are deeply meaningful to me, as I strongly believe in knowledge-sharing as a driver of global progress.

My career highlights also include being ranked the №1 Global Marketing Thought Leader by Thinkers360 in 2020, and being consistently listed among top global influencers in subsequent years. This includes recognition as a Top 5 Global Startups Thought Leader, a Top 5 Digital Transformation Thought Leader, a Top 20 Global AI Thought Leader, and a Top 25 Global Generative AI Thought Leader, reflecting my sustained international impact across these fields.

I have delivered keynote speeches at major international conferences, including the Global Marketing Summit, Warsaw IT Days Global Conference, and the Africa Chatbots AI Conversational Summit, among many others, where I have focused on the commercial and strategic impact of emerging technologies. I was also a panelist at the Asia Retail Innovation Conference in 2022, Baku ID in 2024, and Impact Day in Estonia in 2025.

I am currently a judge for the Webby Awards and an associate member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS). I contributed as a judge to the Gartner Marketing & Communications Awards and the Lisbon International Advertising Festival. I am also an advisory council member of Harvard Business Review and an advisory board member of the United States Artificial Intelligence Institute, the Data Science Institute, and the Cybersecurity Institute.

Getting to where I am today was not easy. At the age of 18, I relocated to the United States alone, which required resilience, adaptability, and a strong belief in long-term vision. In the early stages of my career, I had to build everything from scratch—my expertise, credibility, and global network. I faced the challenges of entering highly competitive industries while also navigating rapidly evolving technologies that constantly demanded reinvention.

Overcoming these challenges required discipline, continuous learning, and consistency. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that success in technology and thought leadership comes from the ability to stay adaptable and evolve with change. I have also learned that credibility is earned through execution—by consistently delivering value, insights, and measurable impact over time.

Another key lesson from my journey is the importance of global perspective. Working with organisations across different continents has taught me that while technologies evolve quickly, the fundamentals of business—trust, value creation, and human connection—remain constant. My work continues to reflect this balance between innovation and timeless business principles.

Today, I am proud to have built a global personal brand with a strong international presence and a community of over 130,000 followers across platforms. My mission is to continue helping organisations and leaders understand how AI, digital transformation, and human creativity can work together to shape the future of business.

What I want the world to know about me is that my journey is defined by persistence, global vision, and a commitment to impact. I believe the future belongs to those who can combine technological intelligence with human insight, and I remain dedicated to guiding leaders, organisations, and students through that transformation with clarity, strategy, and purpose.
