Meet Moses Chavez | Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Moses Chavez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Moses, how do you think about risk?
The biggest risks I take are with cash flow. I’m willing to put myself in uncomfortable positions by reinvesting back into the business to get hard assets. It’s not always easy, but those calculated risks have consistently led to growth. As we invest, we’ve seen our cash flow expand, which reinforces that stepping outside of comfort is necessary to move forward.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Our journey started in 2013 when we created Royal Parties of Colorado. Through hard work, sleepless nights, and dedication to customer experience, we built it into a five-star company that was ranked for five years in a row as one of the number one companies to book your party with in Colorado.
When COVID changed the world, we knew we needed to adapt and build something recession-proof and essential. That’s when we launched Blue Collar Power Washing. Starting from zero, we built it into what we believe is now the largest self-owned and operated power washing and environmental service company in Colorado.
We strongly believe in investing into assets, reinvesting into ourselves, and building businesses with long-term vision. Most importantly, our faith has guided every step of our journey. We believe God has directed us through every challenge and opportunity. Through that faith and vision, we were led to create Granny’s Blessed Berries which has quickly become one of the most viral dessert trucks in Colorado.
None of this came easy, but every challenge taught us resilience, consistency, and the importance of never giving up. Our story is built on faith, sacrifice, family, and the belief that with hard work and God’s guidance, anything is possible.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend came to Colorado for a week, I would definitely take them to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park for the mountain views and unforgettable scenery. We would explore Denver’s food and nightlife scene, and one stop would absolutely be Granny’s Blessed Berries because it is more than dessert, it is an experience

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First off I would like to give a shout out to my wife being an entrepreneur and having that back up from your wife, whether times are low and high, which is always as an entrepreneur if you don’t have that spouse or support it’s really hard to grow. Second, I would like to give us a shout out to Keith the owner of Aci services. I used to be an employee of his and I watched how he made moves in his business like playing chess. He showed me the path of how important it was to invest in hard asset. I took his recipe and built it in my own way, which has been amazing for us so far.
