We love raising our kids with morals. Our morals come from the Bible and two things have transpired recently that show me they are listening. My one daughter, who is 13, saw a boys bike being stolen. She called her friends and the friends started yelling at the thief. The thief was an 8 year old girl. First and foremost, it’s imperative to be on the same page as your spouse. My wife and I are both firm believers in facilitating and fostering their growth by instilling important values and acting on these values. We encouraged them at a young age to explore different interests and opportunities. Both of our boys took a keen interest to sports and competition. Through sports they have learned the importance work ethic, team work, discipline, communication, commitment, time management and have made life long friendships.
