We had the good fortune of connecting with Alex Acosta and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alex, what’s the most important thing you’ve done for your children?
The most important thing that I’ve done and learned as a father so far is to not give up on my son. Every single thing I do, wether it’s work, side hustles, Art. It’s all for him. “REMEMBER YOUR WHY”. He has truly been a blessing in my life and to this day I continue to learn, teach, and understand what being a father really is. I’m not a perfect father, but it’s better to be a full time trying than not being there at all. I had a tough childhood, most likely a tough love relationship with my father. I’m greatful for it because thanks to him I am the man I grew up to be. I want my son to have a better childhood than I did. I want him to do the childhood things I never had a chance to do. I will continue to guide him through life the best way I can and whatever he decides to do in his life in the future, he will definitely have all the tools he needs to succeed.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
“Los Angeles, The Art cirty capital of the world.!”

Where I grew up… there is Art everywhere! Ever since I was little I’ve always been interested in it. The colors, the way you can just make your imagination come alive! It’s something that it’s been my passion since 3rd grade. Loved art class! Sure there were some challenges along the way, sometimes I gave up on it, people would say it wasn’t a “career” etc. but i definitely kept my faith in it and to the point where today I make my own T-shirts, logos, graphic designs for businesses and people who just want a painting or canvas which then later on I decided to actually make it a brand that I can call mine “Reloaded Supply Co.”. I would say what sets me apart from others is that I see my art as something that I’m actually passionate and proud about. I love to see the reactions of people when they see a simple design or painting. It’s a very un describable feeling to be honest.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
“From Hollywood to The mile high city.”

Many places to see. Many places to explore! Both California and Colorado have some amazing places to go.! If a friend was visiting I would definitely take them everywhere! Beaches in Malibu, to the Golden Gate Bridge! Skying or snowboarding in the Rockies to a fun hiking trip and cabin getaway! Night life is not really my cup off tea, but I can do plenty of outdoor activities and I’m also a Foodie, so we would definitely go to some great restaurants! Also love to try new things, so there’s always time to try something new and different.!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
“Show me your crowd, I’ll show you your future.!

Throughout my teenage years and early adulthood, I’ve met some very talented and passionate, highly respected entrepreneurs who to this day I still learn from daily.! I definitely ditched the “party life” for knowledge and guidance because I’ve wanted what they had. It wasn’t about the money for me to be honest. It was the ability to make an impact while making an income. I wanted to see how I could not only be a better me, but also help the ones I love. To this day I couldn’t be happier with my early life choices. Advice, guidance, long hours of work, phone calls, in person conversations, the whole nine yards! Too many people to name but I am blessed to have learned and pick their brains to this day. Every single man and woman I’ve met along my journey, simply thank you.!
