We had the good fortune of connecting with Allison Pancost and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Allison, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
My small daily habits and being mindful of what I “consume”; not only food but books, social media, music, movies, people and environment.. Morning meditation, breath-work, journaling, Silva Mind Control Method, reading high vibrational/channeled text, and movement! All of that sets me up to embody the practitioner that I am and am becoming. I made a very intentional choice to stop accepting offers that weren’t in alignment with what I love and want to create and every time I get more specific doors open that I never would have thought of. It’s magic.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a Sound Alchemist, Plant Medicine Guide and Creation Coach. I use sound as a way to regulate the nervous system and way to experience a “gap” in the thinking mind (that voice/noice in your head you didn’t know had an off switch…mostly fear based storied on a loop) and this supports the cultivation of awareness which is the first step in creating and manifesting your desires. I am most proud of myself for choosing to “go all in” on offering this gift of Vibrational Therapy. (I use the term Sound Alchemist because it’s etheric and fun and what’s the point if you’re not having fun…?). I was working a job that wasn’t allowing me the time or energy to really hone my gifts and offer my services, but it has the potential for a large pay out. I had to decide that it was no longer worth it, if iI couldn’t work on my dream. So I quit, got a side-hustle job as a nanny, so I had set hours and much more free time to start offering, practicing and creating! Getting to this point has been an ADVENTURE, lots of ups and downs. Big wins and some uncertain lows. There have been multiple times where I have asked myself if I should just give up… and then i look at how far i have come in just 1.5 years and it’s incredible. There has always been a a voice that like “don’t give up.” When i think about doing anything else, the vision is dark like it’s in black and white and like I would be lying to myself if I wasn’t doing what I know I’m called to. I love knowing what I do brings peace, clarity of vision, creativity and connection to clients. I love knowing I can help people, who maybe never thought they could meditate, experience meditative states. I love working with women who are ready to live a more magical and joy filled life. My perspective is a nice balance between science and spirituality.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to the Botanical Gardens, Mr. Lucky’s Sandwich Shop, Angelo’s Taverna on 6th, the shops downtown Littleton. We would get Acupuncture from Sara at Bodies on Point, intuitive massages from Alyce Easton, enjoy 1st Friday’s at the Santa Fe art district, take the dogs for a walk around the Cherry Creek dog park, Smokin’ Yard BBQ, (can you tell I love food yet?), catch a workout at Platform Strength, yoga at Sankalpa Collective, hop around South Broadway and hit the Pearl St farmer’s market. ‘
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My Family, Hay House Radio, Keys Creek Lavender Farm, Joe Dispenza, Abraham Hicks, Mike Dooley, Laticia Hardy Dance and Co., David Capozzoli, Sara Lohmeyer, Kathy Lybarger, Emily Schromm, Jacienda, Jared, Chris, Alex, and Gala Darling. (I’m sure I am forgetting someone)
