We had the good fortune of connecting with Sergio Nazzaro and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sergio, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
Work-life balance feels like you are living two different lives. To me, it’s more about work-life integration. Findings ways to have both pillars of life support one another but never become the sole focus of your life. It’s a harmonious relationship that requires vigilance and attention. Balance feels like stagnation where as integration allows for you to adjust your focus as needed depending on your season of life.

What should our readers know about your business?
When I was 12 years old I watched my parents get taken advantage of by a real estate agent. The bad advice they took ended up getting my parents both fired from their jobs and we were homeless. This has become my WHY in real estate. This is what inspires me to help people so that they don’t have the same situation happen to them. What I’ve learned about myself is that I am put on this earth to serve others and right now that’s by helping people turn their dreams of owning a home into reality. What do I want the world to know about my brand — tune into my Instagram ( @showdio) to watch me document my life.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would have my best friend land on a Thursday night. They are definitely taking the train to Union Station where I will pick them up and take them over to Mister Oso for frozen margaritas and great food. From there we will head over to Federales for some drinks. Friday morning we will wake up early and hit up Herman Gulch for an early morning hike. On the way back down we will stop and grab some lunch at Golden Mill and then hit up a concert at red rocks. With a terrible hangover, I am waking them up again to do a Mountain Bike ride at White Ranch before we cruise back and stop at New Terrain for some beers. We will come back home to hang out before heading over to Super Mega Bien for some great drinks and food. Sunday morning is the coup de grâce because its a Broncos home game and we get to tailgate before heading into the stadium and sitting with the best fans in the world in the South Stands.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My amazing wife, Lizzi. She is always there to support me and is a huge reason I am driven to be the best version of myself. My 3.5 month year old son, Luca. He has given me a perspective on what is truly important. My parents who love me unconditionally and have given me the foundational skills I need to be exactly who I am today. My sister, who has helped me grow relentlessly. And my friends and colleagues who push me
