We had the good fortune of connecting with Bailey Moman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bailey, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
When I started Royal B Threads, I was used to sitting on the other side of the table.

My first experience with decorated apparel – I was diagnosed with diabetes, and doing a fundraiser walk. We wanted to do Bailey’s Walking Angel shirts. Let me tell you… we had no idea what we were doing for shirts and the company was AMAZING. We went to that walk, as a loud and proud team, having raised 25k for JDRF. In that moment, it was amazing just how much a t shirt could change one moment or day in a life. Little did I know then… what I would grow, starting Royal B Threads.

In 2020, we really pushed our slogan – Your Vision, Our Passion. So many small biz were hurting – and when we could help them with floor graphics – banners – to go bags – to see their smile and glimmer of hope to keep their business going – changed the moment or the day for so many people.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Royal B Threads is proud to give you that small town feel with big time production. We wanted to take care of our clients on a first name basis, but be able to provide for them in all of their promo needs. As every business does, we have had our growing pains, but we have tried to stay true to our clients and always make up for mistakes or short comings. We have a firm belief, that people are human, and we make mistakes, but its all about the customer service. We love what we do, and hope our clients see that in our work. I would say those growing pains are the biggest challenge we face, next to the inventory issues COVID has caused.

If I could tell the world one thing about our brand and story – it would be that we truly want to see our clients smile and thrive! When a small business posts about their new apparel, with clients buying it left and right, or their new employees headed out into the field with their branded apparel on, nothing makes us more proud! We are here to help your business succeed and look great doing it!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Colorado has so many great things to offer, but first and foremost the Vail and Aspen areas! No matter the season, its a beautiful area with lots of history and things to do! From biking down the mountain, to eating on the river side, a gondola ride, river rafting… the list goes on! Plus, all the micro breweries that are around the front range.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Royal B Threads, began in a basement bedroom, with hopes and dreams. We would not be here today without so many people! Behind the scenes my parents and now husband would be first and foremost. From helping us pack the trailer, to overnights getting orders done and beating deadlines, and picking up the pieces when an order went haywire. Also, our dedicated employees – my right hand lady Sarah, who makes sure everything runs as smooth as possible and holds down the fort!

First and foremost our are clients! From rodeo organizations to the small mom and pop shops – we could not do this without them! I was Elizabeth Stampede Rodeo queen when I began, they took me in an allowed me to start doing some of the rodeo apparel, sashes and more!
