Hi Becky, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Following the principals of MISSION FIRST, PEOPLE ALWAYS- Niche Design House incorporates : transparent billing, on time deliveries, quality work, and honest/fair pricing. All of these work to build a trust-driven relationship with our clients which result in positive outcomes for all parties.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Niche has always striven to provide customized service based on the clients needs and wishes. We fully customize each job. Being flexible has been the lynch pin of our success as well as always coming from a place of “YES” when presented with a challenging request. Thinking outside the box on how to problem solve for our clients dilema’s has proven to give us the edge over our competition.

No job is without challenges, but by realizing that our success is tied to our clients success, we endevor to form a true partnership with our clients to make their job easier. When challenges come up we present them immediately to our clients, gather inputs and formulate a timely response and solution that keeps their job moving w/o delays.

The lessons learned along the way:
1. Knowing that a solution always exists, we just have to be creative to find it
2. Flexibility is important! Being able to pivot quickly helps everyone when challenges arise.

We offer full service design for residential and commerical projects, procurement services to source the items you need for your space, project management services to oversee each step of your project and deliverables are timely and accurate! Our system of transparency with the client sets us apart from our competition.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Friday night- we would eat at Domenics for dinner Saturday- we would go boating at Horsetooth Reservoir
Saturday night- we would take them to Candlelight Dinner Theater

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My team of outstanding designers: Sara Ballenski, Berta Beake, Taylor Shilman and Mar Swanson. Without our outstanding team, we could not acheive success!
