We had the good fortune of connecting with Brad Cooley and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brad, what role has risk played in your life or career?
It takes a risk to make a gain. If it were easy or a no brainer everyone would do it. Sometimes calculated, sometimes not so much. We knew starting a fitness studio in denver would be a tough one. We have both been trainers for a long time and have the drive to make moves with whatever we have to work with. There’s always something to learn or that could slow us down, but we do our best to keep at it aNd make most of whatever happens. Adapt and overcome has been our motto since the beginning.
What should our readers know about your business?
FIT36 is 36 minute high intensity interval training workout focused on strength, cardio, endurance and mobility. We’ve been able to integrate and expand the FIT36 method through various types of workouts such as Fight36, Spin36, Yoga36 and our latest addition, Virtual36. We’ve learned that in the fitness industry, one thing you can count on is that it’s always changing. We strive to keep an open-mind and to always listen to our community first and foremost.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We love to support local and small businesses in our community. I would suggest starting an evening off right with a craft cocktail at the Ramble hotel in the RiNo neighborhood. Shortly after, take a walk downstairs to enjoy some Latin-American cuisine at SuperMegaBien for dinner. If you like beer, we love to rent some scoots or bikes and create our own little brewery tour with friends and family. Our mutual friend, Ratio, 10 Barrel, C-squared and Mockery Brewing are some of our favorites.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Our members have always been the upmost biggest part of our success, since day one.
