We had the good fortune of connecting with Britt Kreutzer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Britt, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I am who I am, and I believe my success comes from being authentic. My branding is true to who I am, what I believe in, and how I want to run my business. According to data from SocialMediaToday, 90% of customers mentioned authenticity as an important factor in deciding which brands they like and support. The real estate industry is filled with a ton of information, stereotypes, and expectations. It’s easy for clients to get lost in a sea of messaging. When you have someone like me who is totally upfront with consistent brand messaging, it’s a relief and trustworthy for those that work with or want to work with me. After all, “Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, and they way you make others feel is your trademark.” -Jay Danzie

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am the real estate fairy godmother! I add pixie dust to the real estate industry. People have always known my love for Disney, so incorporating into my real estate business was a no brainer. However, that is just the top layer of the magic. I have attended Disney Institute twice, and help facilitate a Disney inspired real estate training several times a year. I don’t just love Disney, I LOVE the way Disney does business! I take the time to study why Disney is so successful, and work to incorporate those practices into my own business. After all, there is absolutely a method to the magic. When clients work with me, it’s not just a transaction, it’s an experience!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am the worst Colorado native there is. I don’t enjoy biking, hiking, camping, climbing, any of it. However, Denver has an incredible food and brewery scene! As well as top notch entertainment. As a former burlesque entertainer, one of my favorite places to frequent is Lannies Clocktower Cabaret. Nestled beneath the historic D&F Tower on the 16th Street Mall, entering the club is like falling down a rabbit hole into another world. Music, burlesque, comedy, drag, circus, dance… all performed in an intimate, vintage setting. A little hidden gem of Colorado is our very own wine country. Many people don’t know we have incredible vineyards located in Palisade. Offering more than 25 wineries featuring local family made wines, this is a must do if you are visiting Colorado! Of course, you can’t come to Colorado and not enjoy one of our staples…Colorado green chili! El Jardin in Commerce City is my favorite Mexican food restaurant so we would for sure be venturing there for dinner and margaritas!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My story began when I met Monica Shea with The Platinum Group Realtors® in Colorado Springs. She was building this Disney group for real estate professionals and I just had to be involved! I caught her vision, and knew we could build a wonderful one of a kind community for Disney loving real estate professionals across the nation. Monica brings a fire to all that she does, and it inspires everyone around her. It inspired me to help her build this incredible community, pursue real estate full time, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without her support and encouragement!
