We had the good fortune of connecting with Caleb Christopher and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Caleb, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Be the change you want to see: There’s a clear need for information sharing and direct guidance in the world of creative finance real estate, and nobody else is doing it. I remember having to do my own deal and it was terrible, so I know this is a valuable service.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Creative TC is a team of Consultants for investors doing nontraditional real estate deals. We specialize in seller finance, agreements to rehab-and-sell, taking over mortgage payments, and private lending. Our competition are “Coordinators” who perform administrative tasks, but Creative TC partners with our clients, where our pay is tied to the success of the deal, so we’re actively consulting to make sure the deal is done the best and most profitable way.
We ran into a problem of painting ourselves into a corner by being experts… people started bringing us the most difficult deals, and we had to raise prices, which became an upward spiral! That was preventing scaling. We’ve reversed that by placing our consultants on existing investor teams at no cost and collecting our fees only at closing.
I want people to know that real estate investing is not so far off. There are creative means of acquiring property with low or no money out of pocket, or for those who have cash wasting away in banks due to inflation, there are plenty of ways to block inflation by getting double-digit returns investing into real estate. We do it for people every day!

Creative Real Estate with Pace Morby (free Facebook group), and the Subto Community (paid mentorship) have been the most important groups I’ve connected with and are the key to my learning here. There are SO many people in there to learn and connect with, it’s unreal.
