We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Sharada Tripathi and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. Sharada, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I would like to share my background before I jump into my thought process about starting this health and wellness Clinic. I have worked in health care for about 17 years. As a health care provider What I saw in this whole journey was people suffering from chronic disease and many health problems where we could prevent in earlier phase. I was not satisfied with this system of healthcare and was learning more about wellness and regenerative medicine. Once, I learned that routine wellness and preventive medical care can delay aging and prevent suffering from illness. This was the biggest courage behind me to start my own Medical Wellness clinic.
Then, when I decided to start my own regenerative and aesthetic medical clinic, my thought process was driven by several key factors:
First, I’ve always had a passion for health and beauty. I believe that feeling good about oneself is fundamental to overall well-being. I wanted to create a space where people feel good not only from outside but inside as well through innovative treatments.
I noticed a growing demand for services that integrate regenerative medicine with aesthetic treatments. Many people were looking for holistic approaches for their whole body that address Hormonal balances, health wellness and beauty, but I felt there was a gap in the market for comprehensive care that combines these elements.
My mission was to provide personalized care, focusing on the individual needs of each patient. I wanted to ensure that every treatment was not just about aesthetics, but also about fostering long-term health wellness and vitality.
I drew upon my background in Nursing, which helped me understand the latest advancements in regenerative medicine. Researching trends in this area reinforced my belief that this approach could truly benefit clients in a transformative way.
Lastly, I wanted to create a positive impact in my community. I aim to educate patients about wellness and self-care, promoting a supportive environment where they can feel empowered on their journey to better health. Therefore, my vision for medical wellness is to be a sanctuary where beauty meets wellness, allowing patients to leave feeling rejuvenated inside and out.

I grew up in rural part of Nepal, where my family emphasized the importance of healthy living. Growing up in a multicultural environment taught me to appreciate diverse perspectives and adapt to different situations. My parents instilled in me a strong work ethic and the value of education, which motivated me to pursue my goals diligently.
These experiences have shaped my approach to problem-solving and teamwork. Having been exposed to various cultures and viewpoints, I’ve developed strong interpersonal skills and a flexible mindset, which have been crucial in my professional and personal life.
Overall, my parents effort has fostered a sense of resilience and adaptability. It has taught me to approach challenges with an open mind and to value continuous learning and personal growth. I carry these lessons with me as I continue to pursue my career goals and personal development, driving me to seek out new experiences, embrace diversity, and approach each challenge with a positive attitude.
