We had the good fortune of connecting with Han Nguyen and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Han, why did you pursue a creative career?
Growing up I have always been told that I have hands for creation. I have always believed that I was made for the beauty industry. Since I was a young girl I was steady into fashion, hair, make up, and creative projects. My love for the beauty industry along with my passion for helping women feel more confident and beautiful is something I can do effortlessly for the rest of my life. My craft is for sure an art, and the business/marketing side of it definitely requires creativity! There is nothing I would rather do than what I do now!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
If there is anything I pride most about my business aside from my skill is that I am fully confident that I provide excellent customer service. Before becoming a lash artist, I worked in the hotel industry for 5 years. I am so grateful for that job because it’s taught me how to be more extrovered, be able to make conversation, assess people’s needs/requests, and be able to deliver the best experience possible. I took what I learned from that job and applied to my business. And I am confident that not only do I provide my clients with quality work, but I provide them with a positively memorable experience with grace and kindness and that is something I will forever hold true for my business.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Denver has so much to offer! A scooter ride all over down town Denver is a must! We could relax at the Spa at The Four Seasons Hotel Denver, walk around and shop at Larimer Square, get some lunch the Milk Market, see some art in the Art District, and have drinks and enjoy the floor to ceiling windows viewing the entire city at Peaks Lounge at the Hyatt Regency Hotel! Denver is nothing short of amazing experiences

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My success has so much to do with the support and love from my family and friends. My Fiancé, Garrett, and our kids, Ayden & Sophia give me the motivation I need to hustle every day. My parents have been a great support as well. Lastly, without a doubt, my mentor/sister, Vi, has given me the guidance and support that I needed to build my business and brand. She is my everyday’s saving grace.
