Meet Jennifer Molinar | Health and Fitness Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jennifer Molinar and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jennifer, career-wise, where do you want to be in the end?
The end goal I have is to be able to positively impact and empower others to take control of their health and wellness and live happy, healthy, and prosperous lives. By the end of my career, I hope to have created a path for those I’ve worked with to carry on the torch and empower those around them as well.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
As I continue to improve my brand and customize my services, I’m excited to offer a more holistic approach to my clients. My services focus on more than just nutrition and working out. There’s also specific attention and guidance for client’s regarding their environments, mental health, and emotional health as well. All of these are key factors in someone’s health, wellness and fitness. I’ve learned that everything is connected and all of these factors impact one another.. It brings me great joy when I see clients get results and they have long term improvement of their overall lifestyle. Something I strive for is to guarantee my clients receive the results they desire and are able to maintain them. It’s not just a quick fix; it’s a lifelong solution.
I want the world to know that health and fitness saved my life. After a traumatic emergency surgery, where my fertility was compromised, I became depressed and the health and fitness world pulled me out and gave me purpose again. I want others to experience the joy of a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Health is truly wealth and when committed, my clients get their return on investment tenfold.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
A Broncos, Rockies, or Nuggets game would be a must. Then we would take a day to go to Aspen and Smowmass Village and depending on the season, we would do either a hiking trail or go skiing. We would walk around and appreciate the peace, serenity, and beauty!! Back in Denver we would go to an intimate concert at Summit Downtown. Local restaurants are a must so some we would go to would be Potager, Fruition, Ace Eat Serve and Fogo de Chao.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
So many have helped me get to where I am. First and foremost, my family and friends. Next, numerous personal trainers, nutritionists, athletic trainers, therapists, and gym buddies (most were colleagues of mine). Lastly, my social media following. So many have told me how inspired they’ve been by my journey and accomplishments.
