We had the good fortune of connecting with Kami Guildner and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kami, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?

The most important factor behind the success of my company and brand is my commitment to creating a community of influential entrepreneurial women who desire to make an impact on the world. Very early in my business, I found myself frequently introducing two extraordinary women to one another: “I love to connect great women to great women – you two should know each other.” I became so well known for making these great introductions, someone suggested that I should start a community of these women – and thus, Extraordinary Women Connect was born.

My community is renowned for bringing powerhouse women together in meaningful conversation and story, and helping raise up the most important voices and messages the world needs to hear. This approach builds lasting friendships, powerful business partnerships and circles of support. When you build a community around this shared passion of impact with a room filled with influential women, magic happens! The culture we have created is all about collaboration and shared wild success!

What should our readers know about your business?

I believe women’s voices matter. I am a business coach with a passion for raising up the voices of influential changemaker women entrepreneurs. I weave soulful-inspiration into mindful business strategy, to help my clients raise up their visibility and grow their businesses fueled with magical manifestation powers and courage. I have a podcast – that I love – called Extraordinary Women Radio telling the stories of wildly successful women making a difference in the world and I founded the Extraordinary Women Ignite Conference held every November. I also host a powerful Facebook community: Extraordinary Women Connect.

I have a Soulful-Inspired Business mastermind filled with influential entrepreneur women inspired to make a difference in the world. Over the course of this yearlong program, each woman builds up her voice, vision and visibility. My clients find clarity in their personal thought leadership voice that they share with the world and then raise up their visibility through speaking, podcasting, social media and more. Their powerful and personal stories are the foundation of this voice, so that they are building a brand that only they can own. I teach my clients to speak their clients’ love language, by focusing on their client desires (and not the pain-focused, scarcity messaging that is so prevalent in the coaching industry). They get really clear about the vision of the kind of business they want to create: work:life balance and the right packaging and pricing, so that the business creates the life they want to live.

I always say that being an entrepreneur is messy! One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned along the way is learning to tend to the energy of me. I call this the #RFactor – and it is all about how we resonate energetically. It means tending to our 1) mindset, 2) our body, 3) our spirit (however we spirit), and 4) ensuring that you play in high vibration communities that lift you up. I know by experience that when I focus on these 4 areas daily, I operate on a high #RFactor and growth in my business is easy. Teaching this skill set to my clients has been a gamechanger – helping my easily clients attract more of their ideal clients and grow their businesses exponentially year-on-year – even through a pandemic!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love Red Rocks – what a gem we have in our state! A great concert is classic, and if you are so lucky to score a Yoga on the Rocks ticket in the summer, you will really be blown away! Our foothill hikes – like Elk Meadows in Evergreen – are close to the city, and yet a world a part. Be sure to visit Holidaily Brewery (it’s gluten free) in Golden Colorado – and tell our Colorado female founder, Karen Hertz I sent you!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My business coach Tommi Wolfe, who has been my guide and mentor for nearly a decade!
