Meet Keely Beck | Doula and Pole fitness instructor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Keely Beck and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Keely, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my business is in giving women the tools to take their power back. Oftentimes my clients are navigating the most vulnerable and transformative times of their lives. They aren’t just hiring someone with knowledge — they’re choosing a person they trust with their story, their body, and their birth. It’s not an accident that I offer both Doula services and pole fitness training. Supporting women through birth and through movement is part of the same mission: To help women reclaim their power, their voice, and their bodies — fully and fearlessly.
Whether it’s in birth or just typical feminine health and movement I bring safe, supportive, holistic care with a deep respect for autonomy, intuition, and informed choices with a heart-led approach rooted in presence and empowerment. This isn’t just about workouts or tricks. It’s about helping women reconnect with their strength, sensuality, and sense of self. It’s about creating a space that feels bold, safe, and radically supportive.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is a blend of birth work and embodiment. As a holistic birth doula and pole fitness coach, I support women through some of the most transformational seasons of life—birth, healing, and reclaiming their strength. What sets my business apart is the fusion of softness and power: I offer grounded, natural, trauma-informed birth support, while also creating a safe and empowering space for women to reconnect with their bodies through pole fitness and somatic movement.
Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy. I started this journey with a passion for women’s wellness, but little guidance on how to actually build a business. I wore every hat—doula, coach, marketer, admin—and learned through trial, error, and a lot of resilience. I’ve had moments of doubt and burnout, but also incredible breakthroughs. What kept me going was my belief that women deserve support that honors their intuition, their strength, and their stories.
Some of my proudest moments are when clients tell me they felt seen, safe, and powerful in spaces I created. That means everything to me.
The biggest lessons I’ve learned? Authenticity builds connection. Slow growth is still growth. And community is everything. I want the world to know that my brand is not about perfection—it’s about presence, power, and possibility. Whether someone comes to me for birth support or pole fitness, they are met with care, respect, and the invitation to come home to themselves

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would first get them an unlimited intro package to Catwoman Pole Academy to come and take some fun classes while they are here.
We can take classes 2 of the days and follow class with a nice lunch with a scenic view in downtown Boulder
We would also take a trip to Fort Collins for more wonderful food and beautiful hiking trails.
My favorite things to show anyone visiting the front range is all our amazing food and outdoor activities.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I will forever shout out first of all, my mother; Not only did my mother show me the ways on entrepreneurship but she was always encouraging me to ask questions and follow what makes me happy.
The biggest credit goes to all the amazing families and women that hire me and allow me such a sacred space in their lives and their story. They are ultimately the reason I do what I do. Without all these wonderful people and stories, I would not have the drive to continue to share my passion with all
