Hi Kelley, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Education. After 24 years in the HR and Payroll compliance space I continue to learn. So many federal and state updates come out each week. It’s critical I stay a student of my craft.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
The past 24 years I’ve been meeting with business owners ensuring they are educated and compliant with all state and federal employer laws. Along the way I’ve learned listening and meeting clients where they’re at is critical. When I commit myself I am all in with extreme level of focus and honesty. I believe my focus and dedicated to being a better human got me to where I am at today. I stay sharpe by continuing my education while spending quality time with family and community.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Iron Mountain Hot Springs are amazing! These hot springs are located in Glenwood Springs. Two nights and 3 day is time well spent in this area! The Colorado river is along side of the hot spring tubs while surrounded by the beautiful Rocky Mountains. The Denver Hotel is a chic and friendly hotel within walking distance of the best locally owned shops! Breakfast at Rosi’s and a ghostly visit at the Colorado Hotel will be sure to knock your socks off!
