Meet Ninoska Mallory | CLEANSPOT LLC Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ninoska Mallory and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ninoska, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
My balance has changed overtime because I like to be a perfectionist and have control over all aspects of my business. but as I grew I had to let go of the control and trust that the people that I hire are capable of performing the job just as good as I like them like 90% and that gave me the flexibility to be more present in with my family and spend more time with my husband and children.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We’re a professional cleaning company that’s been in business for over 4 years, and what truly sets us apart is our commitment to using 100% eco-friendly, non-toxic products. We specialize in deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, commercial spaces, Airbnb turnovers, and post-construction cleanups.
The journey wasn’t always easy—I started small, juggling every role and learning as I went. But our dedication to quality, integrity, and health helped us grow and build strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
What I’m most proud of is the trust we’ve earned and the difference we make in people’s lives by creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces. Our brand is about more than cleaning—it’s about care, consistency, and doing things the right way.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting, I’d definitely take them to Telluride, Colorado—one of my favorite places to escape, recharge, and be out in nature. I love hiking and being outdoors, so I’d plan a week full of fresh air, breathtaking views, and good vibes.
Day 1: We’d settle in and walk around Telluride’s charming downtown. Maybe grab a bite at Smuggler Union Restaurant & Brewery—their food is great and it’s a good intro to the local vibe.
Day 2: We’d hit the Jud Wiebe Trail for a solid hike with incredible views. Later, we’d relax at The Last Dollar Saloon for some drinks with a view of the mountains.
Day 3: Time for adventure—we’d take the Gondola ride up to Mountain Village and explore the shops and scenery. For dinner, 221 South Oak is a must for a cozy, delicious experience (bonus: they’ve got amazing vegetarian options).
Day 4: A visit to Bridal Veil Falls—Colorado’s tallest free-falling waterfall—is a must. The hike is gorgeous and worth every step. That evening, we’d hang out at Telluride Brewing Co. for a chill, local night.
Day 5: We’d drive out a bit and explore the Alta Ghost Town—it’s eerie and fascinating, with stunning alpine views. For dinner, we’d treat ourselves to a nice meal at Cosmopolitan Telluride.
Day 6: A more relaxed day—maybe a little shopping in town, then a spa session at The Peaks Resort & Spa. We’d wrap up the night with cocktails at There Bar—super cool vibe and great for a fun night out.
Day 7: One last easy morning hike, maybe to Bear Creek Falls, followed by brunch at The Butcher & The Baker before heading home.
Telluride is full of kind, interesting people, incredible scenery, and a laid-back energy that makes you feel at home. It’s the perfect place to reconnect with nature, have real conversations, and just be.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First, I want to thank god for my success he has full control of my life and business. second is my Family and Friends Including my Husband Jacob, my children and my friends Tara Christman from Eleva Ease and Ana Dahl from Dahl dog Training. Then its reading books like The physiology of money, The wealth mindset and Traction.
