Meet Ploy Limpapath | Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ploy Limpapath and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ploy, what do you attribute your success to?
Customer satisfaction. When I see customers who are excited about our food and enjoy everything to the last drop. We cook with love using fresh, premium ingredients and our goal is an authentic Thai experience using recipes handed down from my Grandmother. I love to see my customers smile.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Passion. Our goal is to share the Thai culture and cuisine with everyone. By sharing the recipes handed down from my grandmother who was a food vendor in Thailand. We want to give everyone the experience of Thai street food by coming to Lucky Noodles. Everyday we are excited to turn on the open sign and welcome everyone.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The first place that I always enjoy showing someone the amazing view of Denver from Lookout Mountain. Colfax Ave. is a vibrant area with a variety of interesting restaurants, bars, theaters. The capital is a great place to start.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family and my lovely customers. Without them, there would be no Lucky Noodles!
