Meet Susan And Jose Garcia | Owners

We had the good fortune of connecting with Susan And Jose Garcia and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Susan and Jose, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor to our success is exceptional customer service. We believe in treating each bride and groom like family. Going above and beyond to make them feel cared for and celebrated. From the first visit to the final farewell, we strive to ensure their day is not only smooth but truly unforgettable.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At our core, what sets us apart from other large venues is the personal connection we build with each of our clients. We don’t just host events—we build relationships. By the end of their special day, our couples often feel more like family than customers. That sense of familiarity and genuine care is what makes our space truly unique.
The journey to where we are today has not been easy. Building our beautiful venue from the ground up was our first major challenge. We poured countless hours—and plenty of sweat—into making sure everything came together on time. We also faced unexpected hurdles, particularly with permitting, which have continued to be an ongoing process. But through every obstacle, our passion and purpose kept us going.
One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned along the way is the value of community—knowing when to ask for help and being willing to learn from others. We’ve leaned on friends, experts, and fellow business owners, and their support has been invaluable.
What we hope the world sees in our business is heart. We truly care—not just about the events we host, but about the people we meet. We love what we do, and we feel honored to be part of so many meaningful moments in our clients’ lives.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
When hosting out-of-town guests, I love taking them to explore downtown Greeley. The vibrant murals and unique small businesses really showcase the creativity and heart of our community. I especially enjoy the local coffee shops they’re perfect for relaxing and experiencing the welcoming atmosphere of the area.
Another favorite spot is the Poudre River Trail. Whether walking or biking, it’s a beautiful way to enjoy the outdoors and share some of our local wildlife and scenic views. It’s always a memorable part of their visit and a great way to highlight what makes Greeley so special.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We want to take a moment to recognize our children for the sacrifices they made during the building of this business. Their patience, understanding, and support through the long hours and hard work helped shape it into what it is today.
