We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Johnson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
The social impact that my speaking business has on the community and the world is that it helps bring awareness to the importance and impact parent and student-athlete relationships have on the child, family, and sport.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As a parent and student-athlete relationship coach and public speaker, my vision is to motivate and empower parents and student-athletes to build and maintain healthy relationships. I strive to coach and educate parents on way they can cultivate and strengthen their connection because truth is, parenting itself is not always easy. Relationships are important to create and nurture and I help others to explore that effort. What sets me apart in my creative is me. My authenticity, my personal experiences, my faith, skillset, and abilities is like no other person in this world. I am excited to see the imprint and impression on the lives of individuals that I will touch through this business because I had the chance to serve others. Through my career as a youth and collegiate athlete, I experienced what many young athletes have go through. I recognized the most important relationship that had the most impact on me during those years, were my parents. Parents play such a vital role in their young athlete’s life, that I believe this is an area of support in the youth sports industry where visibility of this particular topic is necessary. In all my years of competing and of all the coaching I received, this type of resource in relationship building was not offered or available to me or my parents. This why I started this business, to be able to help sports families in this area because it matters. As an entrepreneur it is not always easy because all the onus lies on you, but at the same time this is the beauty of it all. I am often times my own worst critic, because I want the things that I represent or are involved in to excel (that also might be the athlete in me). But what I have learned is without a CHAllenGE, there is no CHANGE. Being presented with opposition is not a reason to give up, it is a reason to keep going to prove something to yourself and if others benefit that is a bonus. I want the world to know that you have a purpose. My brand encourages people to be INSPIRED, MOTIVATED, and READY TO TAKE ACTION and to be the best version of themselves no matter what life experiences you have gone through. My story has afforded me this opportunity and your story can spark a chain reaction in your life too.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am a California native, but I have been living in Colorado for five years now and I absolutely love it! There is a lot of scenery and great places to visit that is absolutely breath-taking, it all depends on what interests you. So early in the week we would travel around Colorado and take in the sights. Some of my favorite places to visit would be Pikes Peak, the Royal Gorge, and Estes Park. I like the feeling of getting away from the city and relaxing and being in quiet places to rest, reset, and relax. If you want great food there are plenty of restaurants to try out and we would go out each evening to try something new! If you enjoy seafood we’d stop by Pappadeaux’s, if you love asian inspired cuisine we’d go to a Benihana,’s because me and my family love to watch the entertainment and the food is delicious. If we wanted something quick and filling and want variety- we’d make a quick stop to Biker Jim’s downtown and enjoy some of the night-life it has to offer. My family and I love to stay active, so other activities if up to it, we will get out and about and go white water rafting, boating, or hiking.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I dedicate this Shoutout to my husband Garrien Johnson. He is a Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer in Colorado and California. He is an amazing husband and father and has been a constant support of my dreams, goals, and aspirations since I met him almost 12 years ago and I appreciate him more than words could ever express. We have been married for 7 years and have two beautiful children and I couldn’t imagine spending this journey in life with out him. Love, I truly say Thank you!
