Creative nations gives native artists the ability to both create and share their work with the Boulder and greater Colorado community in a way that wasn’t as accessible before. There are shows here and there across Colorado, but few places with dedicated Indigenous work’s being the sole focus. If you google, for example Autism. You will get back over 518 million links. Even if you narrow your search to be just Colorado Springs, you still get over 2 million. That is just not helpful. if you go to other organizations they put a few organizations links on their site. We want to make sure families know all of the resources out there. We know that not every provider is a good fit, but if you don’t know the options you may miss out on some opportunities for your family member to really thrive. Read more>>

When we opened our retail store/design studio we wanted it to be open to the community. If you aren’t interested in design services you can still come by and shop our retail store or enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine from our cafe. Rumor Design + Redesign, which provides interior design services, and R | D Home, which belongs in its own category. Part retail store, part coffee shop and part inspirational space, R | D Home sells home furnishings and accessories, including work by local artists. Additionally, it’s a stylish place to gather. Carey Berry | Potter & Art Event Organizer

In addition to running my studio, since 2015 I have served as the director of the Glens Art Walk- a celebration of the artists in the Glen Creighton neighborhood and community. The art walk was born out of conversations about creating a neighborhood art event without tying ourselves down to regular first Friday events. Our neighborhood is fortunate to have a large number of artists working out of home-based studios and has a gorgeous landscape begging for a casual stroll.
