Through our work we have been constantly amazed at the incredible things people in every neighborhood are working on. What’s even more exciting is that they all have different stories, backgrounds, strengths and weaknesses. I was born in Delhi and raised in the vibrant energy of Hong Kong, but it was Fort Collins that gave me roots. I arrived here at sixteen and began working at Star of India — the restaurant that would become my home, my classroom, and my launchpad. Dinosaur Ridge Hawk Watch is a community science project led by Denver Field Ornithologists dedicated to monitoring migrating raptors (birds of prey) as they head north to their breeding grounds in the spring each year.
