One of our favorite things to do is to ask the folks we are inspired by what they are inspired by. We’ve shared some of their responses below.

Gladys Gonzalez Lopez | Captured Moments By Gladys : Creative/wedding photographer

I am inspired by the moments, the little ones, the timeless ones. The ones that you look back on and smile, breathe in the memory and feel it all over again. Read more>>

Cassandra Bush | Infrared Sauna + Halotherapy Studio Co-Owner

I am truly inspired by people who know who they are, know their Purpose, and continually put in the work to pursue it wholeheartedly. You can feel it – the energy and authenticity of a person who is in tune with themselves and done the deep dive of personal and spiritual growth and development. The one’s who have embraced their story of trials and triumphs to be where they are today. Read more>>

Kate Gonzalez | Creator, artist, & Halloween enthusiast

The biggest inspiration is my love of Halloween and all of the spooky, creepy, darkness that comes with it. Halloween was and still is a big deal in my family. Karis Ranta | Wedding Planner

One of my favorite examples was a bride from last year who had the dream as a 10 old to get married in the field behind her parents house and to pick her own flowers from the same field. Read more>>

Alison Fechner | Painter and Artist

Life and nature, but more recently thoughts and feelings. Bringing imagery and color to a feeling or a thought. I am inspired by music, simply just hearing lyrics or a sound, and then an image is created in my mind, sometimes undoubtedly. I see the world through a lens that wants to challenge and change the reality around me, make an idea come to life, because without my art, it could not exist. Read more>>

Lauren Smith | Creative and Metalsmith

I have to be honest, there was not much initial thought process when I first started metalsmithing and created Cosmic Heart Arts (my business name) . I really had no idea it was going to turn into what it is now, or even turn into a “business”. In the beginning, I was focusing on just learning the basics and honing in my skill (shoot, I’m still doing that!). As I began selling, I just went with the flow and have slowly been building it over time. I am more of a creative than a business person, so sometimes it feel like reinventing the wheel when it comes to the business side of things. Read more>>
