What’s the end goal?

It’s easy to get caught up in the day to day, but it’s important to stop ask: what’s the end goal? Knowing where you are trying to go is step one in getting there and so we’ve asked some folks we admire to tell us their end goal and where they want to be by the end of their careers.

My personal philosophy is that I always felt it was important for me to be a practicing artist for my students to see me not just as their teacher, but as an artist who encounters issues in craft and design, and has to solve those issues, just like they do as students. Since I started my YouTube channel, I have realized how my teaching has reached a much bigger audience than I could have ever imagined. My goal is to be a practicing artist and teacher who will continue to present workshops around the country when I retire from my public high school position. Read more>>

My end goal as a writer is to have at least one of my novels selected from which to make a major motion picture or television series. Read more>>

The end goal for myself is to be recognized and ranked in the world for all of my years of hard work. I would like to be featured in more publications and be one of the richest men in the world. The more people I can make happy from my work the better. In addition, by the end of my career I want all of my businesses and companies to be highly competitive and ranked as the best in my market areas. Also, one of my goals are to be ranked in Forbes.
