Over time, my approach to work-life balance has shifted significantly. Early in my career, I was very focused on hustling and putting in long hours to build my business and establish myself. It felt like there was always more to do, and I had to sacrifice personal time to keep things moving. Now, I prioritize balance much more intentionally. I’ve realized that when I take care of myself—physically, mentally, and emotionally—I show up better for my clients, my team, and my loved ones.
