We had the good fortune of connecting with Anita Daley and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Anita, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting my own business has always been a dream of mine. I envisioned something that would allow me to be creative, bring joy to those I worked with, and offer an experience that truly stood out. I wanted to build something unique—something that reflected who I am and what I love to do. This journey became my chance to showcase my skills, develop original recipes, and express my personality in a way that added fun and energy to every event. Where others might feel stress, I find excitement and purpose. Most of all, I wanted to do something that made me genuinely happy. There’s nothing more fulfilling than leaving an event knowing I made someone’s day better—through connection, laughter, and great service. I set out to create a job that didn’t feel like work, and I found it. No matter how busy my bar gets, my joy remains—and I hope it spreads to everyone I meet.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Inspired Infusions, LLC is a mobile bartending service that brings the bar to you—whether it’s a private celebration or a corporate event. Clients hire us to provide personalized bartending for their special occasions, complete with a fully customizable 6-foot bar setup. We serve a variety of handcrafted cocktails and mocktails, tailored to the vibe of the event, and offer a range of add-on services like champagne toasts and even a fun kids’ station. At Inspired Infusions, it’s all about creating an unforgettable, elevated experience—one drink at a time.

What truly sets Inspired Infusions apart—and what makes me most proud—is our commitment to handcrafted, artisanal spirits infused with only the freshest ingredients. Upon request, our liquor infusions are made in-house using real fruits, herbs, and spices to create bold, one-of-a-kind flavors. We go beyond standard bar service by crafting unique simple syrups and fresh mixers that elevate every drink we pour. My goal has always been to bring something fresh and unexpected to the table—flavor combinations you won’t typically find in spirits, syrups, or mixers. When you step up to our bar, we want you to smell the freshness, taste the difference, and walk away with a drink that’s as memorable as the moment it’s part of.

What began as a hobby in 2023 quickly evolved into a true passion. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been incredibly rewarding. I’ve let my strong personality fuel forward momentum—whether I was advocating for myself, learning something new, or hearing, “That can’t be done.” I never allowed doubt to shake my confidence. I had a vision for this business, and I was determined to bring it to life. It was my drive, resilience, ambition, and unwavering belief in myself that kept me moving—even when the path ahead was unclear.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that being told “no” isn’t a failure—it’s an opportunity in disguise. Every “no thank you” or “we’re going in a different direction” could’ve been a setback, but I chose to see it differently. Rejection doesn’t define you—it refines you. Each “no” became fuel for growth, pushing me to take a closer look at my business: What can I improve? What can I offer that others aren’t? Over time, those moments became stepping stones—helping me sharpen my brand, strengthen my value, and eventually turn those no’s into yeses. Every “no” builds character—and that character is what powers long-term success.

I want the world to feel the passion, enthusiasm, and joy we pour into every event. At Inspired Infusions, we believe every event tells a story—and we’re honored to help bring yours to life. This business was born from my deep love for crafting exceptional experiences and creating genuine connections. We don’t just serve drinks—we curate moments, turning ordinary gatherings into unforgettable celebrations.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
For me, the mountains and Red Rocks are a must—even if there’s no concert happening. I’m originally from the East Coast, so when I moved here, I was completely in awe of the natural beauty… and honestly, I still am. Places like Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Breckenridge, Mt. Evans, and Pikes Peak are all on my list of go-tos.

And of course, I love exploring some of Colorado’s amazing distilleries—Breck Distillery is definitely a favorite. When it comes to nightlife, the speakeasies in Downtown Denver are incredible—Emerald Eye and B&GC are two of my top picks.

As for food? You have to try Jovanina’s Broken Italian, La Loma, and Safta—just a few of my favorites. We’d definitely make a stop at Stanley Marketplace, and depending on the season, we’d hit up one of the local farmers markets or catch one of the many Oktoberfest events happening around town.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have to take a moment to shout out my family and friends. They have been by my side from the very beginning — encouraging me, pushing me, reminding me to keep going and never give up. Every day, I do this to make them proud for never losing faith in me.
