Meet Corinna P. Kromer | Energy Medicine Professional | ETC – NLP | Trauma & Resilience Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Corinna P. Kromer and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Corinna P., have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
One of the most important things I have come to recognize over the years is that my personal view of the world supports the state of my business and my business tools and practices support my personal life. For me, the two are flawlessly intertwined. I do what I love and I love what I do. As such, work life balance refers more to how one supports the other and not as much how to separate the two.
It took me a while to flow into this state of mind as I journeyed through getting clarity and healing from my own past. Much of my stress, trauma, and overwhelm was unidentified. In fact, it was mostly unrecognized, until I began doing some inner work. Having gone through many challenges in life, I successfully emerged a conqueror of my own Hero’s journey, so to speak.
Balance is the constant dance in life. Striving to feel good, have the opportunity to express joy and recognize the ups and downs. Balance depends on how we view growth, shift, and challenges in life. Challenges are perceived differently from every person depending on their upbringing, education, family support system or lack there of, and many other factors.
While I do not believe that my journey is in any way complete, I have learned to embrace challenges, go deep into understanding their importance and continue to build resilience so that I have the strength to continue on through “good and bad”.
I think of balance as a state of awareness; a mindful approach to life.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Being a woman executive myself, I am intimately familiar with the unique challenges we encounter. I also have come to understand what can empower us, allow us to show up authentically and how to find joy in our work. That’s why I am wholeheartedly committed to supporting Women and especially Women Executives in healing from unrecognized trauma and blocks and to help them unlock their full potential so they can thrive beyond measure.
I named my business Inspired Health Energy Medicine and Coaching because when we are “in-spirit”, connected to our source, our natural state of being is “inspired” and “healthy”.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is the ability to share my knowledge and experiences with clients as I continue to grow and evolve. Throughout the years, my business has transformed, allowing me to integrate additional wisdom and practices that support clients in navigating trauma and overwhelm, guiding them towards greater joy and fulfillment. What many women are not aware of is that what stands in their way of fulfilling their dreams, achieving their goals, and living their best life often goes unrecognized. The truth is, trauma can happen to anyone, regardless of its size, and its effects can wreak havoc on one’s life. Complicating matters further, trauma often disguises itself as ‘normal,’ making it even more challenging to recognize. It is my mission to shed light on this issue and help my clients identify and heal from the unrecognized trauma that may be holding them back.
One of my favorite sayings is “out of trauma and into Life”.
It has been a journey of several decades for me to overcome personal hurdles and discover ways to cultivate peace and vibrancy in my life. At times, I felt as though I was sleepwalking through many years, navigating each day in confusion and reacting rather than acting. I was angry, withdrawn and not fun to be around.
Through countless trainings, extensive self-work, and healing, I have acquired practices and daily habits that sustain my well-being and bring me joy. Drawing from this knowledge and my multidisciplinary training, I have created a 12-week program designed to help any woman find clarity and harmony in her life, empowering her to live from the heart with courage and freedom from fear and anxiety.
Witnessing other women overcome chronic obstacles, break free from their shells, and transform into entirely new individuals within just three months is an incredible honor. I have come to understand that change can occur gradually, but it becomes possible when there is a genuine desire for it. As the saying goes, we are either pulled by our desires or pushed by our pain.
I have seen the proof, over and over again. The program I have developed “12 Weeks to (Emotional) Freedom” empowers women to discover their strengths, embrace the journey of unraveling old subconscious programming, and emerge victorious in their lives. It is such a wonderful feeling to see women not only engage in their lives but also become successful at what they do because of the inner fire and stability they have discovered. They become amazing leaders and inspire others to do the same.
My journey is my gift to the world and I am grateful for every moment.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Northern Colorado is a beautiful place to be. It reminds me very much of my home land, Greece. Minus the vast seas – which I really miss – there is something about the mountains, the atmosphere and the general area that feels close to my heart. There are ample opportunities for river rafting, horse-back riding, hiking, and experiencing the beauty of nature.
In the summertime, we have miles and miles of wild sunflowers growing everyday and it makes my heart smile.
The mountains and lakes are breathtaking! The Horsetooth lake is one of our favorite places to go. Taking a boat ride in the lake you get to see the mountains and experience it from a whole other angle. You can even jump in for a swim or through anchor by the beach and have a pic nick by the water.
There are other lakes and close destinations up the Poudre canyon that are breathtaking and some are too cold to visit in the winter time. Sometimes we take a drive up the mountain and visit Estes Park. This is a popular summer resort town and the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Wild life abounds and one will often see elk, deer, and other wild animals in close proximity to the road. Some elk even walk around town next to the visitors!
Downtown Fort Collins and Windsor are busting with small shops and little cafes where one can take some time off and enjoy what the town has to offer. After a day on the lake everyone has an appetite and we sometimes head into “old town” to end the day. Certainly, as far as restaurant experiences go, we have many choices. Fort Collins boasts one of the highest number of restaurants per capita, making it a food lover’s paradise. Our family enjoys cooking in house most of the time but we do occasionally go out for some BBQ, Italian pizza, fresh salads and maybe visit a local ice cream shop.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Over the years, my family has been an unwavering support system, with my husband and children standing by my side every step of the way. They have been a constant source of inspiration, motivating me to be the best wife, mother, and human being I can be as I navigate life with consciousness and humility. Equally important is the guidance and unwavering support of my parents during my formative years. They played a pivotal role in shaping my values and instilling in me an honest and vibrant character.
Furthermore, I hold deep gratitude for the exceptional teachers and mentors who have provided me with the invaluable opportunity to study under their guidance. These trailblazers in their respective fields have not only educated and inspired me but also propelled me forward on my personal journey.
These remarkable individuals have played an instrumental role in shaping the mind/body field, including my own, and have had a profound impact on my life since a young age. Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, and Deepak Chopra were among my earliest sources of inspiration and mentors, and I am immensely grateful for the wisdom and guidance they shared with me. Later on, I was grateful to study under Greg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Gabor Mate, Peter Levine. and James S. Gordon, all impressively knowledgeable in their fields and who taught about the power of the body, the brain and the psyche. In addition to them, my journey has been enriched by the support and influence of my peers, teachers, and friends in the field of Energy Medicine. Among them, Sharon Myrah stands out as an amazing person who remains a cherished friend and mentor, continuously supporting my growth as a compassionate human being and energy worker.
As I continue to grow and learn, I am grateful to be living in a time when an abundance of wisdom is accessible to us. Moreover, having gained valuable knowledge, I am now able to pay it forward and assist others in overcoming their challenges, connecting with their inner power and light, and leading more fulfilled and joyful lives.
This is a heartfelt shoutout to every woman out there who is ready to embrace and harness her inner power, and with her open heart and brilliance, make a positive impact on our world.
