Hi Sacha, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Honestly, I would say consistency and relationships have been the biggest factors behind my success. Love in Bloom definitely didn’t happen overnight—it’s been a lot of showing up, even in the slower seasons, and continuing to put myself out there even when it felt a little uncomfortable.

A huge part of my growth has also come from the people I’ve met along the way. Wedding planners, venues, other vendors, and even past clients have played such a big role in building my business. I really believe when you focus on creating a genuinely good experience for people, it naturally comes back to you in the form of referrals and new opportunities.

I’ve also learned to trust my vision more over time. Whether it’s adding new backdrops, investing in custom pieces, or just refining my brand, I’m always thinking about how I can elevate the experience and create something that feels special for my clients. And I think that intention is what people feel when they work with me.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m the owner of Love in Bloom Rentals, a luxury flower wall and event backdrop rental company based in Colorado. I specialize in creating statement pieces for weddings and events—things like flower walls, arches, and custom backdrops that really elevate a space and create those “wow” moments.

What sets my business apart is the attention to detail and the experience I provide. I don’t just drop off a backdrop—I handle delivery, setup, and takedown so my clients don’t have to stress about anything. Everything is styled with intention and perfection so it looks beautiful in photos and in person.

Getting to where I am hasn’t been perfect or easy. I started this business while working a full-time job, so a lot of it has been late nights, early mornings, and figuring things out as I go. There have definitely been moments of doubt or slow seasons, but I’ve learned to keep going and trust that consistency pays off.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that you don’t need to have everything perfectly figured out before you start. You just have to start, stay consistent, and allow it to evolve over time, and trust yourself through the process.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love having the balance of living near the city but being able to escape to the mountains. So if my best friend was visiting, Estes Park would be a must. My husband and I actually got married there, so it’s always felt like a really special place to me.

There’s something about the mountains that just feels grounding and peaceful. I love slower days, beautiful views, and just being able to step away from everything for a bit. That’s really what I love most about Colorado.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I feel really lucky because this hasn’t been something I’ve done alone. My husband has been such a big part of it—he’s the one helping me with setups, being there for all the behind-the-scenes moments, and supporting me through every stage of building this.

I’ve also met some really incredible people through this business. The wedding and event industry is so community-driven, and being part of spaces like ILLUME Collective has meant a lot to me. Kristine has created such a supportive environment where you’re surrounded by other driven, creative business owners, and it’s opened the door to so many opportunities—both personally and professionally.

And honestly, my clients mean everything to me. Every booking, every kind message, every referral—it all matters so much. It’s what’s allowed me to keep growing and doing something I genuinely love!
