Meet Ingrid Gamero | Owner of Engage Buzz Media

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ingrid Gamero and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ingrid, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I’ve wanted to start a business for a long time. At the beginning of the pandemic, I quickly realized how disposable you are at your job. Thankfully, I didn’t lose my job, but I did have close friends who unfortunately lost their jobs and I saw first-hand how important it is to have something on your own and not depend on others. We all know how hard it is to be an entrepreneur – so many challenges come your way and you must learn to pivot, quickly – but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Another huge motivating factor behind starting my own business is I want to choose the people and brands I work with. Helping small businesses, especially now, is truly a gratifying feeling. I enjoy my job each day and the freedom of creativity is priceless!
What should our readers know about your business?
Engage Buzz Media is a digital creative marketing agency helping small businesses elevate their social media platforms while building an online community. We focus on creating interactive content for the audience as well as manage the platforms for higher engagement. We help businesses thrive online by creating a marketing plan that best suits their needs and goals. We stay on top of trends and assure our clients are aware of industry changes and/or any concerns. It is more important than ever for businesses to have an online presence and connect with their customer base online. More often than not, people are looking at a company’s social media platforms than their website. With marketing, you’re telling a story, just not the traditional way. I love the freedom of being able to be creative and see what works for each business and brand. It’s a way to represent your business and get your message across to the right audience.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Colorado is such a beautiful state, there are so many places I’ll take my friends! We definitely have to start by doing some brunch with bottomless mimosas, sitting outside with a beautiful mountain view, the breezy hitting our faces while we laugh! Depends on the time of the year, we can rent a cabin and spend the weekend up in the mountains. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, s’mores, fun group games, and lots of food! We definitely have to go to Downtown Denver and stroll around the 16th street mall. While we’re there we can stop for some food and drinks, their choice of restaurant – they’re so many good ones. We’ll also need to check out the Red Rocks Amphitheater and the Rocky Mountain National Park! I’m not sure a week is enough time? Haha.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Definitely my parents! My family has been such a great support system, I wouldn’t be who I am without them. Thank you, mom and dad!
