Hi Nick & Jaclyn, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
“Time never stops to rest, never hesitates, never looks forward or backward. Life’s raw material spends itself now, this moment -which is why how you spend your time is far more important than all the material possessions you may own or positions you may attain.” This quote by Denis Waitley speaks to us in volumes, continually reminding us to live our lives for today as tomorrow is not promised to anyone. With this mindset we are inspired to live each day as though it is our last, making the most of our time here on Earth. To us, life is not about having the most or best “stuff” or working our lives away at a job just to have a prestigious title and a paycheck. To us, life is too precious not to be lived doing what makes us happy; and for us that’s the unforgettable experiences we encounter everyday through our travels, the people we meet along the way, working for ourselves to meet our own goals and constantly living in the “Now.”

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
After the loss of several close loving family members in the prime of their lives we decided that our lives needed to be lived on our terms. We put our corporate jobs behind us and one week later the first wave of covid lockdowns hit. Uneasy about the unforeseeable future we kept our eyes on our plan and persevered to sell everything we owned, move into our Lance cabover truck camper and hit the road as full time traveling content creators. Now we get to do what we love everyday with our goal to inspire 1 million people to follow their dreams. Our content provides tons of information about living life in a truck camper, full time traveling around the country, new weekly destinations and the history behind them, maintenance for fellow RV owners and as much inspiration to follow your dreams as we can fit into a weekly 20 min video. Our favorite episodes always include local artists, musicians and entrepreneurs. The world is a better place when we lift each other up with a little support and kindness.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Since we are full time travelers, we always find the best places are recommended by the locals and as we are always living in the moment, we find that the art of “not planning” creates the best experiences. Our days are all about “going with the flow.” In doing this, we find that the best attractions and views are always those on the roads less traveled. We really enjoy spending our days exploring and uncovering the town’s history, browsing local farmers markets, museums and art galleries. At the end of each day, we really love hiking to the top of the mountains for the perfect view overlooking the city at sunset.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Our story wouldn’t be possible without the inspiration of two brothers that bought a sailboat to fulfill their dreams of sailing around the world. Brian and Brady Trautman of YouTube channel SV Delos, left the traditional 9-5 world behind knowing there was more to life and documented it all to help inspire others to follow their own dreams. Today, we are doing what we love because of these men, in hopes that we can be that same inspiration for others.
