We had the good fortune of connecting with Mari Madrid and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mari, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Hi I am the owner of love lashes and glimmer boutique. I’ve been in business for 7+ years. My thought process behind starting my own business is I want to achieve something and make it achievable and I did just that. Once I started my business it was rocky at first but once like 2 or 3 years hit. That’s when I started to get my girls loving my lashes. And my cover designs and style of lashes. Then when I had enough girls to love my lashes they started to tell their friends and family about me and actually their friends and family started to wear them. It’s all about mindset, having new ideas and popping out your brand. I always tell myself your brand is your personality make it your own your style your passion and you will succeed in your brand or career. I love my own brand my own business that I can create my lashes that or cover to make it know to others. Now the customers you got to think about your customer first. You got to think really hard on what they like yes it’s your brand your creativity but customers are very important when it comes to your own business. My process of starting my own business is succeeding and knowing that I can do it anyone can actually they just have a mind to succeed. Love lashes and glimmer boutique known as love lashes Mari is known in Colorado.. Cities are Greeley Colorado, Colorado Springs, New Mexico and also California. My goal is to succeed even more and explore and grow in different cities as well. My goal is not giving up and keep going why because I know I can do this. And expand even larger than ever. I’ve seen my work ethic increase and love every bit of it. So if you or anyone you know that wants to start a business you can do it.

I am most proud of all the opportunities I’ve done in these few years like pop up events, knowing new people everyday. I’m am most excited for what the future holds for me looking forward to new ideas new custom design and lashes. How did I get here to where I am here today is not giving up and kept going. I challenge myself each and everyday.
The lessons I’ve learned along the way is you got to keep going even if you feel tired and never giving up. I want the world to know is if you want to start a bussiness go for it it’s not to late. Love lashes by Mari is unique and creative bussiness that makes you look beautiful with lashes you will love and be addicted too.
