What’s the right balance between work and non-work time? The traditional 9-5 has slowly disappeared with the emails and zoom and texting going far beyond traditional business hours. We asked members of our community to share with us how they think about work-life balance.
Mentorship is so important. Bill Gates, Steve Jobs – they all had mentors. I found a community of like-minded business entrepreneurs and coaches early on in my business. Without investing in coaching from an early point, I would be lost. Word of mouth is everything in the photography business, which has really made itself evident when I picked up my business and moved it to a different state.
