We had the good fortune of connecting with Adam Haman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adam, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
When we started the Mountain View Group, we saw it as an opportunity to combine our passion for Real Estate, family, and the best possible outcomes for our clients who count on us to help them navigate one of the biggest life decisions they will ever make– buying and selling their homes! With over $125 million of combined sales across our team, we were doing a great job individually. But together we’ve been able to brainstorm better practices and some fun and engaging marketing. Additionally, working on Real Estate in a fast-moving market is a 24/7 pursuit, so our families appreciated that we now have fantastic colleagues we could lean on in order to take vacations or a long weekend together and be fully present in the moment. Offers and sales can happen at any time, and our team has sold homes while in 10 different states and 6 different countries!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At the Mountain View Group, we’re proud of our ability to execute powerful solutions for ALL of our clients, and giving them face-to-face interaction with our rockstar agents. We personally handle all of our transactions from beginning to end, so there is only One face, ONE number and ONE email address our clients need to know. Buying and selling homes is hard enough without drowning in admin work, meeting a carousel of bit players, and trying to remember all the tasks and deadlines. We think our clients deserve white-glove service directly from their broker, and we’re available 365 days a year to provide them just that. Being on call and ready to transact business all day every day can be difficult. Alone, we found that working every weekend and while away on vacations can take a toll. But now, if Amanda wants to take a vacation, she and her family can rest assured that Adam and Brent will happily work with her clients on the hot new listing while she is away. Happy families and happy clients is what it’s all about!

Together, we have over 25 years of experience in Colorado Real Estate, have sold over $125 million of Real Estate, and have worked all the signature neighborhoods in the Metro area: Wash Park, Country Club, Hilltop, Greenwood Village.

That said, our experience goes much deeper than primary residences. Both Adam and Brent have long been landlords and believe strongly that Real Estate is a powerful tool to help regular people take control of their financial destiny. We’ve owned investment property in Colorado Springs, duplexes in classic Denver neighborhoods, high-rise condos, college condos, and even duplexes as far afield as Greeley! We love numbers and are ready to talk to you about building or expanding your investment portfolio.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Denver is really turning into a great place to eat, drink, and recreate! The Mountain View Group recommends visiting: Bierstadt Lager house downtown for the best Pilsner in town, Comrade Brewery for a Jalapeno Lager, or Cohesion Brewing to try a Czech Foam Shot.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Our story started when a local company called Flock Homes reached out to us to help them acquire local Denver area homes for their startup. Flock is an innovative new company that calls itself a “retirement plan for Landlords.” Flock allows landlords to turn their Denver-area investment property into shares of a REIT entirely composed of similar residential investment properties, and can help avoid taxes, remodeling, and closing costs! The extra work that Flock brought us in the Spring of 2022 encouraged the members of the Mountain View Group to search one another out and band together to bring seamless Real Estate experiences to our clients big and small.
