We had the good fortune of connecting with Audrey Kerchner and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Audrey, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
We have been in business for over 10 years now and the most important factor behind this success is our network of relationships. We build strong relationships with our clients and the business community we work in. These relationships are the primary source of new customer growth for us. Our existing customers refer us to their network and all of our other connections in the business community refer us as well. Every relationship helps us build new relationships.
The key to building strong long-lasting relationships is really having a deep knowledge of your tradecraft, for us that is marketing. We are constantly learning and growing as the industry changes. The 2nd key is follow-through: do what you say you are going to do and owning your mistakes when you make them because we all make mistakes.
What should our readers know about your business?
I worked as an employee in marketing for 20 years before I decided to open my own marketing agency 11 years ago. I felt very removed from the results of working in a big company and I really wanted to connect more with the business owners, that is when I decided to go out on my own.
I love working with small business owners to help them to achieve growth through marketing. I love when we have the conversations about how they are growing, what deals they have won, and seeing the spark and passion in their eyes for their industry.
What sets us apart from other marketing companies is that we do everything for our clients, its a full package from Strategy to execution. We tell our customers your job is to review and approve. We create a partnership with our clients so that we know their business goals and objectives just as well as they do so we create designs and programs that give them their best shot at growth. We are the company that business’s come to when their previous company didn’t deliver.
Owning and running a business is hard. There have been days I wanted to quit. I don’t because I always remember the reason why I went out on my own. Work with good businesses to help them grow so the whole business community grows. This is my passion and this is my why.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love the outdoors and I love GOOD Food

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have only been in Colorado Springs for a year now and the 1st thing I did was start building my network of small business owners.
They are my business family and support me just as much as I support them. The three groups that I joined 1st are BNI Frontrange Online, BNI Core Connections, and Strictly Business Networking.
I am so grateful for how welcoming and supporting these groups have been to me and my business.
