We had the good fortune of connecting with Belen Baquerizo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Belen, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My husband and I started our business in 2021 and the idea was to help entrepreneurs and business owners release the stress and overwhelm of everyday marketing tasks by doing it for them, so they can focus on what they do best and what they love the most.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We started our business back in 2021 to help entrepreneurs and business owners release the stress and overwhelm of everyday marketing tasks by doing it for them and so that they can focus on the things they love doing most!

Over the years we have grown and now operate as a full-service marketing firm. We help start up brands and personal brands with all things marketing – from strategy only, to full execution of marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, events, sales/partnerships, and user generated content.

We’ve always looked for the white space in the industry – we started with offering virtual assistant services to entrepreneurs, and from there we saw the need of more strategy work so that’s where we went. The goal is ALWAYS to get the clients results they need to grow their business and brand, so we are always looking for the things that are working best and execute for them.

Along the way, we’ve also found that sometimes people want to start online businesses for extra income but don’t know how, and we’ve now created resources and provide coaching and consulting for those that want to start but don’t know how.

I want people to know that when you work with us, you get people that REALLY care about the owners (clients) and the desire to succeed. We are not a cookie-cutter agency – we really dive deep into the company, and their needs and work based on that. At the end of the of the day, we act as the marketing team of the client… so we are very involved in different aspects of the business.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’d take my friend to:
– Garden of the Gods
– Golden for a day trip
– The Rocky Mountain National Park
– The Blue Moon brewery in denver
– The Great Divide brewery in downtown castle rock
– a small hike at the Castle Rock “rock”
– And without a doubt, Vail!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Well, definitely my husband! If it weren’t for him, I don’t think I’d ever had the courage to fully start this business. He is definitely the believer and the strong mindset behind it all and I’m so so grateful for that because we make a great team.
I also love reading personal development because they make me feel and think differently. The books that have impacted me the most are:
– Think and grow rich
– atomic habits
– million dollar habits
– you are a badass

Lastly, I love love being a part of a positive community that has a growth and abundant mindset that are always looking to grow. I became an arbonne consultant in 2019 and I love being part of the community because it’s always so uplifting and the products truly change the way you feel inside out.
